District Education Improvement Committee (DEIC)
The District Education Improvement Committee (DEIC) is the district-level site-based decision-making committee for Castleberry ISD. The committee is made up of parents, community members, business members, teacher representatives, administrators and staff representatives. Dr. June Ritchlin, Executive Director of Educational Leadership is the chairperson of DEIC. The DEIC reviews the areas of planning, budgeting, curriculum, staffing patterns, staff development, and school organization.
