Mr. VasquezThe Castleberry Independent School District would like to introduce Mr. David Vasquez as the new interim principal at Castleberry High School.

Mr. Vasquez earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Texas Tech University. David's career has spanned 40 years and he has served in various educational roles that included 11 years as a classroom teacher, 7 years as an assistant and associate principal, 15 years as a building principal, and 7 years as an education consultant working in many districts across the state of Texas.

Thirty years of Mr. Vasquez's 40 years of experience has been spent serving low socio-economic schools, and he has a strong track record of leading schools to improvement. He has taken great pride in bringing people together to accomplish goals that seem unreachable.

Mr. Vasquez has been married to his wife Susan for 23 years. He has two grown children, David and Lori, and three beautiful grandchildren Natalie, David, and Rylee.

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Vasquez to Castleberry High School.
